To celebrate National Storytelling Week, we were thrilled to welcome Tom Palmer, writer of more than 60 children’s books, for a special visit.
Based in our library, pupils in Years 4-8 enjoyed an informal book signing and chat with the author, giving pupils a fantastic opportunity to meet Tom up close. He then captivated the audience with his fast‑paced, gripping stories - famous for engaging even the most reading‑shy children.
It was an inspiring visit that left our pupils buzzing with excitement and eager to read more.
