£500 (Refundable as below)*

* To accept a place we ask for a deposit of £500, which is returned, less any disbursements owing, after your child's final term at the school. 

Termly fees for the Academic Year 2025/2026:

At Solefield, communication with parents is key. We are transparent with school fees so the fees below are inclusive of high-quality lunches, match teas for pupils and parents, and tea for all pupils before their after-school clubs.  They also include many of our 40 clubs on offer per term (held before and after school), school books and resources, swimming lessons and outdoor learning for pre-prep, some non-residential trips, talk time and any in-class support/extension by members of the teaching support staff.

Pre-School

£86 per day (universal and extended funded hours available)
(£55 with 5 hours Early Years Funding)
(VAT is not applied to Pre-School fees)

Reception

£5,508 per term (with universal and extended funded hours
available up until and during the term the child turns 5 years)

Years 1 & 2

£6,336 per term

Years 3 & 4

£7,362 per term 

Years 5 & 6

£7,758 per term

Years 7 & 8

£7,884 per term

The Fees include VAT (20%), for Reception-Year 8 in line with Government fiscal policy. VAT is not applied to Little Acorns Pre-School fees.

Fees are payable by Direct Debit either:

a) On or before the first day of term.
b) Under our Termly Instalment Scheme, paid in three monthly instalments each term.
c) By Capital payment of all or several years in advance.

Fees are reviewed annually.

Wraparound Care 

The Breakfast Club fee is £6 per session and After School Care costs between £6-£20 per pupil per day depending on the length of stay.

Sibling Discount 

Sibling discounts are available for third and subsequent children of the same family in school at the same time.

Bursaries

Bursary support may be available in certain circumstances and is subject to a means-tested assessment carried out by an external provider, Bursary Administration Limited (BAL). This process requires the submission of detailed financial information for review. Bursaries are limited and subject to availability.
