Year 3 enjoyed an online visit to the National Archives last Friday. We looked at what is a treasure.
Year 3 had to look at Victorian documents and 20th century documents about the Moon Landings. We then had to think about how the documents were made and how many of them there might be - the National Archive has over 16,000,000 documents.
We even saw the quill that got left in a book and is 1000 years old! Lots of historical thinking for a Friday afternoon.
