Last Friday, all Year 3 boys graded for the second time. Several were awarded red belts, with Zach B and Austin F excelling, by going up to Yellow belt: Yellow belt 2 stripes for Zach, and Yellow 1 stripe for Austin who had been at Red 1 so this was a big jump.
Charlie B in Year 4, and Xavier L in Year 5, both attended the Year 5&6 advanced grading on Sunday 18th June at the Mead School in Tunbridge Wells. Both were awarded their green belts, making them the highest grades currently at Solefield. Well done boys!
Laurie D and Barnie R-H (both Year 4) attended the Year 4 grading at Sevenoaks Prep and both advanced within the Red belt levels.
Aryan N (Year 5), Artie E (Year 4) and Arthur Grewal (also Year 4) came to the Year 5 grading (advanced) at Sevenoaks Prep. Aryan and Arthur were awarded Orange belts, and Artie advanced to yellow belt 3.
What a wonderful success. A very well done to all the boys and a special thank you to our Judo coaches.
