The Solefield community has contributed to an incredible fundraising year! The golf day, the ball and sports day raised over £20,000 for the school, which brings total Solefield Parents' Association (SPA) fundraising this year to more than £30,000!
Thank you SO MUCH to you all the parents, staff, form reps and SPA volunteers for all your amazing help that got us to this knockout total.
SPA has some diary dates for next term for parents if you’d like to share them:
- First week of term: boys will bring home a bag to fill of clothes they have outgrown. Bags will be weighed and a donation made to SPA for all the donated clothes.
- 15th Sept: First SPA Meeting (possibly before pick up)
- 29th Sept: Race/Quiz Night
- 14th Dec: Christmas Fayre
- And for those who are leaving us this year, then perhaps you will join us at next year’s summer ball. The feedback appears to be that everyone would just love to do it all over again!
